Shipping and Returns

This policy covers physical items bought from the Snitchy store. It forms part of our Terms of Use. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping

• All orders ship from Australia.
• Within Australia: a flat $10 AUD per order, tracked.
• International: a flat $25 AUD per order, tracked. Choose the international checkout on the product page.
• We pack and dispatch orders within a few business days and email you a tracking number when your parcel is on its way.
• Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. Typical windows are 2 to 7 business days within Australia and 1 to 4 weeks internationally, but these are estimates rather than promises.
• International orders may attract import duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by your country. These are your responsibility and are not included in our prices.
• Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or it was not collected, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at your cost.

Faulty, damaged, or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not what you ordered, email jordan@snitchy.net with your order number and a photo. We will sort it out at no cost to you with a replacement, a repair, or a full refund including your original shipping, as the Australian Consumer Law requires. Where we need the item back, we will cover the return postage.

Change of mind

If you simply change your mind, you can return an item within 30 days of delivery provided it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Email us first so we can give you the return address. You are responsible for the cost of return postage and for the item until it reaches us. Once we receive it in good condition we will refund the item price. The original shipping charge is not refunded for change-of-mind returns.

Fit

The waterproof case fits most phones, and the camera shade fits over the case. If you are unsure whether your phone will fit, email us the make and model before you order and we will tell you. A case that does not fit your phone can be returned under the change-of-mind terms above.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the payment method you used at checkout through Stripe. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we confirm it.
